"At Lexington Life Academy South Mountain our approach to the growth and development of our students is that of a unified front.  Teachers view every student on our campus, not just those in their classroom, as their responsibility.  It is from this view that a cooperative and collaborative effort stems, ensuring that our students progress seamlessly towards their goals of independence and success in the least restrictive environment possible.  The LLA-SM staff see their students and their families as part of that collaborative effort as well.  It is from this herd mentality that the buffalo mascot was born.  Together we will stampede towards our shared vision of independence and success for our students."
